Refund Policy on retail orders (30g Matcha in tins): If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our Matcha tea, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.


You can return or exchange your retail purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. You can submit a request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. To request a cancellation of your order, please contact our Customer Service

Refund Policy on wholesale orders: Because of the nature of the wholesale business, we can only refund unopened tins, zip lock bags and bulk packages. Once it's open, we cannot resell the bulk product because of food safety reasons, so we cannot refund the opened & used products in bulk.
